About Us

GP Partnership: Our Health Partnership

This website provides information about your surgery including how to book or cancel appointments and how to order repeat prescriptions. It also contains a range of practical health information and resources that we hope you find useful and informative.

Our premises are fully accessible to disabled people, and include the provision of a toilet suitable for wheelchair access. There is also an induction loop at Reception for patients who are deaf or hard of hearing.

This practice has committed to working together to improve end of life care. We have signed up to the Daffodil Standards.
