This free rehabilitation programme enables self-management of arthritic hip and/or knee pain using a progressive individualised exercise regimen. You will gain a greater understanding of your condition and be taught coping strategies to help you cope better with your pain.
The ESCAPE-pain programme is delivered in small groups twice weekly for six weeks at Harborne Pool and Fitness Centre. To join, you can complete a self-referral form, give them a call on 0121 428 6820 or pop in for a chat.
