We hope that most problems can be sorted out easily and quickly at the time they arise with the doctor/member of staff concerned. However, if your problem cannot be sorted out this way and you wish to make a complaint, please write to the practice manager.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within three working days and will fully investigate the matter as soon as possible. We shall then be in a position to offer you an explanation, or a meeting to explain our findings.
This does not affect your right to approach the Birmingham and Solihull CCG (BSC CCG) if you feel you cannot raise your complaint with us.
