Appointment Booking

You can book an appointment online if you have joined your GP surgery’s online services. You can book and cancel appointments any time of the day. It’s easier and more convenient.

Non-urgent advice: Note

If you have already registered for the GP surgery online services then skip this step by clicking “Access Online” button and you will be able to access the online booking system.

If you don’t have access to GP surgery online services, click on the Register button.

Order Repeat Prescription

You can order repeat prescriptions online using the Patient Access website below.

All repeat prescriptions will be ready for collection from your nominated pharmacy with 2 working days. Please note that this means prescriptions requested on a Friday may not be ready for collection until the following Tuesday (or Wednesday if the Monday is a bank holiday), so please order a few days before you run out of medication.

New prescription requests from a hospital clinic or discharge letter may take up to 1 week before they are ready for collection from the pharmacy.

If you do run out of repeat medications, and cannot wait for these periods, you can request a few days emergency supply of medication from any pharmacy.

Non-urgent advice: Use NHS App online to access services

Use this service to: 1. get your NHS COVID Pass, 2. order repeat prescriptions, 3.book and manage appointments, 4.get health information and advice, 5.view your health record securely, 6.view your NHS number.

View Your Medical Record & Test Results

You can view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses, clinical correspondences and Test results if you have joined your GP surgery’s online services.   You may need to request access to view your medical records and test results.
