According to the results of this year’s GP Patient Survey, Wychall Lane Surgery was ranked 9th best of all GP surgeries in Birmingham, based on patient satisfaction. There are currently 164 GP surgeries in Birmingham and Solihull.

 

The GP Patient Survey is an annual national survey, commissioned by NHS England to assess patient’s experience of healthcare services provided by all GP practices throughout England. The seven key areas asked about were: overall experience of the surgery, confidence and trust in the GP, being treated with care and concern, being listened to, satisfaction with appointment times offered, experience during an appointment and helpfulness of receptionists. Wychall Lane Surgery scored higher than the average for all surgeries in England in all these areas.
